• Payment processors and financial institutions — GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.

7International Data Transfers

Some of 7ikot's third-party service providers — including certain game providers and cloud infrastructure operators — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a recipient in another country, 7ikot takes steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations.

8Data Retention

7ikot retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data — retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AML record-keeping requirements under Philippine law.
• Financial and transaction data — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended).
• Support and communications data — retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required to resolve a pending dispute or legal claim.

Where your request is complex or voluminous, we may extend this period by a further fifteen (15) working days and will notify you accordingly.

12Children and Minors

The 7ikot Platform is strictly prohibited for use by persons under the age of 21 years. This age requirement reflects both PAGCOR's minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines and 7ikot's own commitment to responsible gaming.

7ikot does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If 7ikot discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will promptly delete that data, suspend the relevant account, and take all appropriate remedial action in accordance with applicable law.

13Marketing Communications
